As many of you know, Andrew and I, have run a residential property management company for the last few years. The business has steadily grown (mainly by word-of-mouth), through friends and family. We've really enjoyed working with our property owners and tenants.

In this fluctuating real estate market, we have been very thankful for Scout Properties and the financial stability it lends our family. As we have realized the long-term expense of caring for Oliver's medical needs, we have decided to actively expand (hence, the website). Our goal is to double the amount of properties we manage in the next year. We'd really love for you to help us spread the word if you know of anyone who might need help renting out their property.
