Waiting

We've had a few frustrating set-backs the past few hours. The removal of the EEG was very painful for Oliver- lots of screaming and crying. It was exhausting. Then we thought we would be able to send Oliver home but, as we were walking out they said he wasn't yet formally discharged. It was a totally shock since we were almost on the elevator. To make matters worse the hospital pediatrician and our neurologist seem to be miscommunicating. Apparently we can't leave the hospital with Oliver until we meet with the neurologist (really big sigh). As of now we still haven't seen him. Each appt. is usually at least 1 hour- probably longer if he found Infantile Spams. Please pray for me in particular as I am emotionally drained. We are feeling beyond exhausted mentally and physically. I have no idea when we'll know more...please pray sooner rather than later.
