Charlotte and her always present "Lovey"
Samuel
I wish you could see the whole series of pictures from this head lock. Let's just say Oliver wasn't very cooperative or very gentle :)
All I can think when I look at Lily Kate's face in this pic is J-O-Y! Pure joy at that pink yo-yo that was found in an egg.
This morning we went to the Children's Museum with some of our friends for an Easter Egg Hunt. Oliver was more intersted in putting mulch instead of eggs into his basket. Gotta love our little "dirtball." He somehow managed to get completly dirty in about 3 minutes-that is our sweet Ollie! Who cares about dirt, right? At this point we are so thankful to see him run and play (not be totally doped up on seizure meds) that we could care less about the mess! It was a wonderful morning. We just don't take this sort of thing for granted the way we might have before Oliver had his medical issues. It was very good morning.
After the hunt we went to Chick-fil-a at the mall and had lunch. This was our first time eating out with Oliver in about a month. He could even have their yummy food since we are phasing out of the LGIT diet. THANK YOU LORD! Here we come goldfish, chicken nuggets, and bananas.
Happy Easter, dear brothers and sisters! May the hope of the resurrection fill your hearts and spill out all around you.
Our Lord has written the promise of resurrection, not in books alone, but in every leaf in springtime. - Martin Luther
