Today, Oliver's preschool (which is SO AWESOME- we LOVE it!!!) called to say Oliver had 2 seizures and was really sleepy. I knew he was going to need one of his "deep sleeps." He was asleep in the car within 60 seconds. He stayed in that sleep state for 1 hour- completely still. The preschool reported he was agitated and calling for me all morning. All this adds up to more confirmation for me that he needs to get in front of the doctor ASAP. Please keep those prayers coming!
FYI- As we go through this next "adventure", you can stay up on the news by subscribing to the blog via email (on the right hand side of the blog). I am no longer going to do the Caring Bridge. I am a little sad about that because I really loved their guestbook page- it was so encouraging. However the blog is the fastest way for me to communicate so I am going to stick with this for now.
From "Yours, Jack" by CS Lewis- about suffering:
"It is very important to remember that Our Lord experienced it to the full, twice- in Gethsemane when he sweated blood, and next day when he said 'Why hast thou forsaken me?' We are not asked to go anywhere where he has not gone before us."
