Prayer Req. for the 2nd & 3rd

About those 23 days of prayer requests...I think that could be overwhelming for me and you :)

My new plan is to write requests for two days at once. We'll give this a try :)

August 2nd 

Pray for Dr. Elizabeth Thiele (Oliver's pediatric neurologist) and Jan Paolini (Dr. Thiele's nurse).  We will meet with Dr. Thiele on Monday August 22nd. She won't be there for Oliver's actual surgery which is a huge bummer, but she will be back later in the week.  This doctor, more than any other I have met, helps you keep things in perspective and always, always gives me hope.  Jan, her nurse has become my buddy. We talk multiple times a week.  The team at Mass General is a family and we are so grateful to be a part of such an excellent program.

August 3rd 

Please pray for Oliver as he is still experiencing many seizures a day.  He had at least 13 seizures Saturday, which was an all-time record. It seems he is in another "rough patch."
