CT-Good

Good news! HUGE relief! All we know about the CT right now is it that Oliver isn't in imminent danger. If there is growth it isn't such that it would require immediate attention. The neurology fellow came down to see us and gave us the good news. She said "it looks good." We'll know the actual details tomorrow but, as far as a SEGA- there isn't one- THANK GOD! WHEW!

We are STILL waiting for a bed. Andrew is holding Oliver down right now while Oliver gets his EEG put on (without sedation)- God be with us! We are praying the EEG goes on correctly and we can start recording tonight! We still need more info to know how to move forward- the EEG is now the key!

Also, I met with their nutritionist, Candy, (really that is her name!!!). She is great, very warm and friendly! I think we might move to the ketogenic diet before totally leaving extreme diet land. Gulp! She comes back tomorrow to work with me further to make a plan moving forward. I like her a lot already! Another thing to be thankful for!

The only redeeming things about that torturous lobby wait were these: A piano player, playing hymns- it was so nice- at least what I could hear between Oliver crying. The real Starbucks that is in this hospital. It looks like a real store. I had a very large, triple shot mocha- that helped take the edge off :)

We'll update more, when we know more. Hopefully a bed will be available in the near future...we are so ready to get settled.

GIANT sigh of relief, praise God. Praying now that EEG will yield info that will bring clarity. Try to rest tonight.
