Here are the glasses. Cute, huh? They should be for 181 bucks. Yikes! So far he has kept them on fairly well. The question is how long will it take him to break them? Guesses anyone?
OK, time to get honest about the glasses. Expose my vanity. We upgraded to get “cuter” glasses. We were going for more of the nerd/bookworm/extremely high IQ/ Harvard Valedictorian look. I think our mission was accomplished?
Well, y'all...they didn't have the surgery conference Wednesday. Surprisingly, we feel at peace about this timing. I know this might be a surprise but, I am Type A+++. You didn't know that was a "type" did you? Anyway, this isn't normal for me to feel such peace and rest while waiting. It has to be the Lord. I have no other explanation.

He looks adorable, they definitely look very Harvard/grown up. Can't wait to see him in person.
Oh - absolutely adorable!!! Better get those college applications started . . . :-) We continue to pray for you guys!
Yay! So glad you posted pics. I have been waiting for these since the moment you said he needed glasses. Andrea suggested you get loss insurance for them. They did that with Emily's glasses when she was a wee little one.
So incredibly cute! He looks so grown up!
Just wait until they are lost...for a week and found buried in the sandbox with just the tip of one arm sticking out....or he snaps them in half and throws them across the room at preschool...or snaps them in half while happily riding in his carseat cause he can....I'm just saying:) Maybe from experience? I'll never tell!
Isn't it RIDICULOUS that they are the same price as adult glasses! Highway robbery!
Wow! Seriously handsome! He looks like a 20 year old philosophy major. And I too would have sprung for the expensive ones. They're right on his face afterall.
