Turns out I'm an o.k. skier for someone who only went once (age 6). It was so much fun! From what I understand (which isn't much) the conditions were really great for skiing this week.
I wish this cake was in the right direction so you could fully appreciate how clever it is! My sister-in-law Catherine made this amazing cake for our nephew Ben's 7th Birthday and David's 40th. Can you tell that she put every family member on the cake. All of us were skiing in the Beech Mountain Olympics. So fun!
